1st round. 13th overall(Or if we trade back) : Jimmy Smith, CB, Colorado - I think this kid has the size, speed and talent to be a true shut down NFL cornerback. After watching some of his video, including the interviews, I really think this kid is honest and truthful when he says he is much more mature and those problems were when he was young. I mean how many of us who went to college, didn't do something stupid and get in trouble our freshmen/sophomore years? Plus I think he may be the BPA and BPA at a position of need.
NFL Comparison - Nnamdi Asomugha
2nd round. 44th overall : Bruce Carter, OLB, North Carolina - To me, Bruce Carter is the most underrated player in this draft, and thats obviously because of his ACL injury, but I feel like he is a player that will do whatever necessary to make sure he is ready. Has all the tools, skills and mentality needed to be a All-star. Would be our pick at 13, if he didn't hurt his knee.
NFL Comparison - Lance Briggs
3rd round. 75th overall : John Moffitt, OG, Wisconsin - Big bruising guard that can open up the holes for the running backs and can help keep Stafford healthy. This guy was an All-conference guard and played in a great OLine system at Wisconsin. Could replace Peterman this year or next.
NFL Comparison - Shawn Andrews
4th round. 106th overall : Greg Little, WR, North Carolina - Think of the Buccaneers Mike Williams but bigger. Little was supposed to be the #1 receiver coming into the draft this year before all the problems at UNC. This could be an absolute steal this late, and could really make it even harder for defenses to focus attention on CJ, also could help move Burleson into the slot where he could be even better. Even played Running Back at UNC. Could fall to the 4th simply because of his suspension.
NFL Comparison - Poor mans Andre Johnson
5th round. 151st overall : Mario Fannin, RB, Auburn - Absolute beast. 230+ pound back that runs a sub 4.4 forty. Could really help Best change pace on the opposing defenses. I think one of the main things our team needs is a power back to compliment Best and pick up the tough yards, Jerome Felton isnt very good.
NFL Comparison - Legarrette Blount
