Personally when I see the Bengals draft possibilities, I think about how blessed they are. Whew! boy, hot dang it they are. They have nearly any pick in the draft they want picking after only the Panthers, Broncos, and the Bills. The Bengals have a lot of needs, DE being mentioned as one of them, but they seemed to be fine even without their star DE last year, who they should be getting back. Their coverage looks to be spotty in the safety department but no big name safeties come up around the #4 spot. Their receivers went through a lot of turmoil as the season progressed and it seems only worse (I have no idea who they are keeping at receiver. (Chad Ochocinco/Johnson has one year left on contract.)) And the biggest need (In most people's eyes.) the quarterback, Carson Palmer will not be playing next year (He's not bluffing people!) and many would argue that they should take a QB in the first round...

If the Panthers (who I think should take AJ Green.) take Marcel Dareus #1 overall, and the Broncos take DE Da'Quan Bowers #2 overall, and the Bills find the QB they've been looking for to replace Jim Kelly (He'll have the best career for a black QB yet!), then that should leave AJ Green open for the Bengals... I know you've seen this pick here before, but considering that Blaine Gabbert is still up for picking and with his dominant rise on draft boards many people think he should be taken here. With their second rounder, they should pick up QB Ryan Mallett. Actually, IMO, he reminds a whole lot like Carson, only healthier. I think the strong armed Mallett finds himself a perfect spot here and the team can move on to another lousy, dramatic season...
