This June, the 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup will have two of its round-robin games played at Ford Field in Detroit. Not only is the United States' group set to be part of the games, but the USA will take on Canada while in Detroit.

The two games are set to be played on June 7. Here is the schedule:

Panama vs. Guadeloupe - 6 p.m.

United States vs. Canada - 8 p.m.

I usually only follow soccer during the World Cup, and I've never been to a game involving national teams before. I'm planning on getting tickets for this, though. It's not too often that the U.S. men's national soccer team plays a game right in my backyard, especially against Canada. It should be a pretty fun event to attend, and I'm betting the crowd will be pretty lively.

Tickets for the Gold Cup go on sale to the general public next Wednesday (March 16).
