Purdue kicker Carson Wiggs ties the record for the longest field goal in NCAA history. Except it was a spring game so the record books won't have the kick recorded. Just to step out of the same old same old I thought I would share this video. I don't know if you have seen the story yet or if you haven't this was an amazing kick. Wiggs kick isn't really a "fluke" either in the 2009 season he hit 59 yarder against Toledo and last season against MSU he nailed a 52 yard feild goal. You can say it's just a spring game or " talkin bout practice" . This is without a doubt an impressive kick that would make Jason Hanson Jealous.
