(Per PFT) Today the federal courts in Minnesota ruled on the long running StarCaps case, with Pat and Kevin Williams of the Minnesota Vikings and Will Smith of the New Orleans Saints attempting to avoid a 4 game suspension imposed by the NFL after they tested positive for a diuretic they said they were unaware of taking.
Today, the courts ruled in favor of the NFL, and the Williamses appear to be headed for suspension the first 4 games of the year.
The Detroit Lions play the Vikings in week 3, which strips our already weakened rival of both of their interior defensive lineman.
This year is just getting better and better. 8 PM can't come fast enough.
