I was listening to 97.1 The Ticket and Scott Anderson had a great idea for the Lions as they're finishing up their practices, or whatever you want to call them. He suggesting the Lions players inviting Namdi Asoughma to these voluntary practices. Why not? Dre' Bly attended and Namdi doesn't have a team right now. With there essentially being no rules in place (except that you can't work out at the facilities), this would be an excellent opportunity to recruit a bit for the UFA. Looks like the practices are wrapping up but if they start back again before a new agreement is in place, the Lions players could take advantage by inviting Namdi to workout for them.
