Undrafted Free Agent Lineman

Maybe it's the homer in me, but I found a player that I think might be overlooked, that shouldn't be.

Phillip Swanson OL WMU.

He was a 5 year starter (he had a 5th year of eligibility that he used while working on his first year of his Masters Degree) at WMU at multiple spots on both sides of the offensive line. He's an intelligent player that was a finalist for the William V Campbell Award (it's sometimes called the "Academic Heisman").  He is what the Lions have been looking for. A smart versatile player that doesn't have a history of injuries.
