I'm sure this has been attempted before, but with the new Madden supposedly getting a long deserved hard look at many of the glaring flaws it has had for years, I will once again be suckered into buying it (especially since I got an HDTV recently).

So, any thoughts? I'd like to do a franchise mode with as many people as possible, even if we just sim games a lot, even just handling offseason transactions and stuff would be fun with the occasional game when two people's schedule coincides. 

Just a jumping off point since we got the actual NFL back.
