Agent Drew Rosenhaus is currently taking to Twitter to clear up some reports that are out there about his clients. One of his tweets is about free agent linebacker Stephen Tulloch, and it refutes some of the reports we have been hearing about how the Detroit Lions made him an offer.
The Detroit Lions have never offered Stephen Tulloch a $10 million signing bonus or contract worth $6 million per year.
Obviously this tweet doesn't say the Lions never offered Tulloch a deal at all; it just says that they have never offered him a deal worth $6 million per year with a $10 million signing bonus.
I'm honestly not quite sure why Rosenhaus felt the need to tweet this, but it's pretty interesting that he did.
