Salary Cap Info and current left over

First I have to say that the Detroit Lions if my cuts do come out correct which given that 37 players are going to be cut and I have to shoot a 100% I doubt it will be correct.  Needless to say what is the salary cap.  Is it the 120 million that was first put out, is it the 123 million or is it the 126.885 million.  Well I am going to go with the 120 million and let the rest fall where it is.

The first thing is I am going to go with the usual 25 offense, 25 defense, and 3 specialist.  Given that I have 3 QBs, 5 RBs, 5 WRs, 3 TEs, and 9 OL for the offense.  On Defense I have 5 DTs, 4 DEs, 6 LBs, 6 CBs, and 4 Safeties.  That with the LS, P, and Kicker gives us 53 players.  A note on Logan,  I consider him a RB not a WR as he can't catch a ball but yet returns for us, just shaking my head.

In anycase given that info I think we are looking at 113 million dollars with Avril just signing his 2.6 million tender and no Houston as I do not see him coming back now that he is going to have to compete pretty heavily if he does.  I did have to adjust netrat's salary cap sheet as the new CBA has raised the minimal quite a bit for all players.  So some of the players that were scheduled to make x under their contract are now making the league minimal.  That puts us just over 6.2 million dollars.

So what can we do with this 6 million.  I don't think there is much we can.  Frankly after looking over our team I see a few weaknesses with my proposed cuts to 53.  I think the key thing is that we are have some excess players that are excellent players for trade bait wait I mean a Mayhewing.  I think where ever some of these players land we will have very good team.

(edited, thanks for noticing I missed the TEs, have to talk to my brain and ask it to stop forgetting items)

(edited it again.  My brain is defiantly not working tonight.  Okay I had the LBs on my mind for the past few days.)
