Steelers' backup QB, Byron Leftwich out for season

I think this is actually my first fanpost on P.O.D. so bear with me if I commit any cardinal sins.  In any event, my posting experience falls mostly on Detroit Bad Boys and given the current state of the team, we spend most of our time sorting out how we could trade players away.  With that said, I heard that Leftwich is likely out for the season with a upper arm broken bone suffered last night.

Does this mean the Steeler's are going to look to backfill this backup spot and if so, would this be Mayhew's shot at acquiring an extra draft pick for next year?  It seems like all 4 of our QBs but especially Hill and Stanton have been putting up solid showings in the pre-season so I'll pose the following questions:

1) If the Lions were to offer up a QB in a trade with Pittsburgh, which QB should they offer up?

2) Based on your choice in question 1, what round draft pick would that QB warrant from the Steelers?

Go Lions!
