The difference between a die hard Lions fan and a bandwagon Lions fan is.....
The die hard Lions fan cant hide the GIANT smile on his face.
This was a huge step today. A come from behind road win against a division opponent. The defense stepped up when it needed to and #9 didn't buckle under the pressure. The running game needs to improve and Titus Young made two big catches.
Lions 3-0
Pack 3-0
Bears 1-2
Vikings 0-3
Looking good.....
Bring on Dallas !!!!

I'll take being 2 games up on Chi!
Just got to keep it up!

Now.
If only we can get two games up on GB.

Let me put it this way
7-6 the rest of the way will probably get us to the playoffs. Beat a banged up Cowboys team next week and just play .500 football the rest of the way baby.
Gonna take more than that to win the division methinks.
Until proven otherwise (i.e. we suck and GB keeps being awesome), I firmly believe we have a shot at it.

I'm not saying that we can't win the divison
I think we can but I think 10-6 gets into the playoffs as a wildcard. And frankly I would be happy with getting a wildcard berth. Would I be happier if we won the division? Of course but first and foremost I want to get into the playoffs.
Lions can most certainly win the division.
Just keep doing what you are doing…. lot of games left.

Forget that .500 crap. I like 12 and 4.
I see no reason why this team cannot improve to the point where they challenge for the division or even Super Bowl.
Making the playoffs is goal number one, but I don’t think 10 and 6 will get it done. And IMO this team is better than that.
"Filling a need doesn’t necessarily mean you’re getting a good player," said Schwartz. "It doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re getting a player that best fits; it doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re getting a player that’s better than what you have already."
I can't tell ya how many times yesterday I said...
“wow. 3-0.”
That’s just a good feeling, but I don’t want to be a 500 team the rest of the way even if it gets us to the playoffs. The great teams are the 12-4 teams, and I’ve seen us win 3 totally different games so that is what we should strive for.
There will be riots if the Lions win the SB.
Hell it may get out of control if we just make it to the playoffs. There were some construction guys outside the bar on Sunday and they were all cheering for the Lions and talking to me and my brother in our Lions gear. The whole state is ready to have some success and GO CRAZY.
Fair
I was at a fair in Commerce yesterday…missing the game…but had my ESPN app open the entire time paying attention. Then what do I hear but hooting and hollering coming from the otherside of the fairgrounds…I said it could only be the lions game. So with my 8-month old girl in tow in my arms I run over to the tent to watch CJ’s amazing grab to set up the FG for the win. Baby was like…WHOA!!! What’s goin on…watching her face was Priceless.
