The Detroit Lions have released center Dan Gerberry according to Dave Birkett. Gerberry was one of four remaining centers on the roster. Dominic Raiola, Dylan Gandy and Chris Morris remain.
Roster cuts were due by 6 PM EST, which means all of the players have been notified of their fate. However, earlier in the day the Lions said they would not release a list of their roster moves until 8 PM EST.
