Just saw on detroitlions.com that Phonse participated in practice today and is apparently healthy again, not sure if that was already posted on here or not but I didn't see it in the recent posts so I figured I'd try to beat Sean to it :) lol.  Obviously I don't think that he will come right in and bump Wright or Houston out of their spots, at least not right away, but its nice that we have a little more depth going into Tampa.  Apparently he stayed in pretty good "football shape" even with missing the entire preseason, and he says that the running and football drills didn't bother him.. Hopefully he will be back up to 100% speed sooner rather than later, would be nice to be able to throw him in either at nickel back or any combo of him Houston and Wright out there, especially since he lead our team in int's through the first 12 games last season before hurting his shoulder.  Can't wait for Sunday!!
