Ndamukong Suh To Appear On 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon'

The reason Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is still in New York is because he is set to make an appearance on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" tonight. Suh was already in New York on Sunday to appear on CBS' pre-game show, and it appears he stuck around for what will be his second appearance on Fallon's show.

So what was the big guy doing in New York, anyway? Well, he's a guest on tonight's episode of "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (12:35 a.m., NBC). He's sharing the bill with actress Kyra Sedgwick and musical guest Outasight.

Suh first appeared on Late Night back in 2010 before the NFL Draft, just as Matthew Stafford did a year earlier. After having the Lions' top two picks on in consecutive years, Fallon talked about how much he loves Detroit on a later show, and he even received a personalized jersey and a note from Jim Schwartz.

Late Night airs at 12:35 a.m. on NBC.

Jimmy Fallon?

And I thought Suh hit his all time low with the stomping incident.

Or that Chelsea Handler talk show…

I just hope he gets his mind and body ready for next season.

I was okay with the extra-circular stuff last off season such as the gumball rally, endorsements etc. etc but I dont want it to hinder his performance on the field.

I saw Suh

on CBS for the early game Baltimore vs Houston. He wasn’t really even saying anything, just stating obvious points that had already been brought up. I wish I liked him more

I know what you mean

He’s a good guy, but kind of a robot that repeats the same things. You could see he was nervous on CBS and just needs to relax, be real. You’d think he was in a job interview every time he talks.

Fan of the Detroit Tigers, Lions and Red Wings.

He was a lot more comfortable on Fallon then he was on CBS.

Good to see him taking even more positive steps during his time off and away from the game.

Smart move by his handlers to have him appear on these national shows to help repair the brand, after the beating it took with the stomp heard around the world.
