This is pitiful! Contact to the hess of the receive? I watched the Bengals game and they explained contact to the head of the receiver in specific detail and it had nothing to do with an arbitrary hand to the top of the helmet. Its contact with the shoulder or helmet of the defensive player – not a love tap to the top of the helmet.
