The first injury report of the week is out for Sunday's game between the Lions and Eagles.
As expected based on Tuesday's practice, the Wednesday injury report for the Detroit Lions is considerably smaller than the last injury report the team released a couple weeks ago. Only eight players are on it, and only two of them missed practice on Wednesday. This is a good sign for the overall health of the Lions as they get ready to play the Philadelphia Eagles.
Here's a look at the full Wednesday injury report for the Lions:
WR Titus Young (Knee) - Didn't practice
TE Brandon Pettigrew (Knee) - Limited in practice
DE Cliff Avril (Back) - Limited in practice
DT Sammie Hill (Toe) - Limited in practice
DT Corey Williams (Knee) - Didn't practice
LB Travis Lewis (Quad) - Fully practiced
S Louis Delmas (Knee) - Limited in practice
S Amari Spievey (Groin) - Limited in practice
The Eagles' Wednesday injury report includes a total of 11 players, but all of them fully practiced. Here's the rundown:
RB Bryce Brown (Shoulder) - Fully practiced
FB Stanley Havili (Quadricep) - Fully practiced
WR Jason Avant (Wrist) - Fully practiced
WR Riley Cooper (Collarbone) - Fully practiced
OT King Dunlap (Hamstring) - Fully practiced
