And just like that the Phonz is back. The lions signed Phonz today and in a surprising move released Keiland Williams. With Williams suiting up for all the games sidelining Kevin Smith to the inactives the last two games, everyone was speculating on Smith getting released or even suggested trading. The Lions just went ahead and added another Smith..The Profiler's man crush...Lets hope he keeps it real this time around. Phonz tried out for Miami earlier and was not signed. Him and Justin Miller had a work out with the Lions on Wednesday.

With Bentley injuring his shoulder and Lacey suffering from a concussion, both are doubtful for the Monday night game against the Bears. Houston and Green are the only healthy CBs and the possibility of Phonz starting the MNF looks great now.
