How I would fix the Lions

Believe it or not - fixing this team is simplier than it seems.
Firstly, I would leave the defense alone. Gun and company are handling their business. When something is working - leave it alone.
Secondly, it appears they have applied effective fixes to their special teams woes (except for Logan - which I am willing to give Schwartz a bit of rope on to see if his confidence in Logan is justified.

And that leaves the offense...

Here is how I would fix the offense. Firstly, I would replace Cherilus with Reiff. I think Reiff is a better run blocker and we dont lose much (if anything on the pass blocking). Secondly, I would have Stafford operate from the no huddle offense from the 1st play. They would continue to play no huddle until they had scored 2 touchdowns - no matter how many series that means. Would that tax the defense? Probably a bit. But, it would be early in the game when the defense was fresh so they would be better able to handle it. It sounds simplistic, but, I think doing something novel like this is necessary in order to help the offense get out of the rut they are obviously in. Change their routine. If that enabled the Lions to score 2 first half touchdowns...the outcomes of the games would be completely different.
