A look at Thursday's injury report for the Detroit Lions.

The Detroit Lions held their first actual practice this week on Thursday. Wednesday was simply a walkthrough for the Lions, so the practice designations were merely estimates. On Thursday, the designations were based on what actually happened. Take a look:

WR Calvin Johnson (Knee) - Limited in practice
WR Titus Young (Knee) - Limited in practice
TE Brandon Pettigrew (Knee) - Limited in practice
DE Cliff Avril (Back) - Didn't practice
DT Corey Williams (Knee) - Limited in practice
LB DeAndre Levy (Hamstring) - Didn't practice
LB Stephen Tulloch (Knee) - Limited in practice
CB Jacob Lacey (Concussion) - Didn't practice
CB Bill Bentley (Shoulder) - Limited in practice
S Amari Spievey (Concussion) - Didn't practice
S Louis Delmas (Knee) - Limited in practice

The fact that Johnson practiced, even on a limited basis, indicates that he should be good to go on Sunday. The same goes for the other guys who were limited, although Bentley's status is probably still a bit in question considering he was out on Monday night. Staying in the secondary, it seems unlikely that Lacey and Spievey will play on Sunday given that they are still out with concussions.
