Since they're off this week, the Detroit Lions can't fall further behind in the NFC North standings by losing. They can, however, lose ground in the division based on what the other three teams do. Considering which teams are on the NFC North's schedule in Week 5, it's a real concern for the Lions that all three divisional rivals could end up pulling farther ahead. Here's a look at what to watch for in the NFC North on Sunday:
- Green Bay Packers at Indianapolis Colts (1 p.m., FOX) - Despite being on the road, the Packers are actually favored to win this game by a touchdown. I'm sure the news from this week that Colts head coach Chuck Pagano is battling leukemia played into the large spread, although the Packers probably would have been big favorites anyway.
- Chicago Bears at Jacksonville Jaguars (4:05 p.m., FOX) - The Bears are 5.5-point favorites in this game, and I'd be pretty surprised if they lost. The Jaguars are 1-3 on the season, and although Maurice Jones-Drew is starting to heat up a bit, the Bears are coming off a big win on Monday Night Football and have looked pretty good as of late.
- Tennessee Titans at Minnesota Vikings (4:25 p.m., CBS) - The Vikings are also 5.5-point favorites and are on the verge of starting 4-1. If both Minnesota and Chicago pick up victories on Sunday, they will be tied atop the NFC North at 4-1. Meanwhile, the Lions will fall even further behind in a division that seems like it's sort of upside down with the Vikings on top.
