The final injury report is out for this week's game between the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers. There aren't really any surprises, so let's get right into the designations:

WR Titus Young (Knee) - Probable
WR Calvin Johnson (Knee) - Questionable
DE Cliff Avril (Back/concussion) - Probable
DT Corey Williams (Knee) - Out
LB Ashlee Palmer (Chest) - Probable
CB Chris Houston (Ankle) - Questionable
S Erik Coleman (Toe) - Probable
S Louis Delmas (Knee) - Doubtful
S Amari Spievey (Concussion) - Out
K Jason Hanson (Left foot) - Probable

Aside from the fact that Houston is questionable and expected to play, the most notable listing is that Williams has already been ruled out for Sunday. Hopefully he will be able to return next Thursday against the Houston Texans. If not, I suppose he'll at least get a longer break than usual before the Lions' next game.
