Lions vs. Falcons injury report: Brandon Pettigrew doubtful for Saturday

Stay connected for news and updates

Mike Carter-US PRESSWIRE

Detroit Lions tight end Brandon Pettigrew is considered doubtful for Saturday's game against the Atlanta Falcons.

It looks as though the Detroit Lions will once again be without tight end Brandon Pettigrew. He is listed as doubtful for Saturday's game after missing practice all week, meaning there is no indication that he has any real chance of playing. Perhaps he will be back in time for the season finale next week, but look for the Lions to roll with Tony Scheffler and Will Heller at tight end this week.

Here's a look at the Lions' final injury report:

RB Mikel Leshoure (Calf) - Probable
WR Calvin Johnson (Knee) - Probable
TE Brandon Pettigrew (Ankle) - Doubtful
LB DeAndre Levy (Ankle) - Probable
CB Chris Houston (Hamstring) - Probable
S Louis Delmas (Knee) - Questionable
S Don Carey (Knee) - Probable

And here's a look at the Atlanta Falcons' final injury report:

WR Roddy White (Knee) - Questionable
WR Harry Douglas (Ribs) - Probable
OT Tyson Clabo (Thigh) - Questionable
DE Cliff Matthews (Hamstring) - Questionable
DT Jonathan Babineaux (Ribs) - Questionable
CB Chris Owens (Hamstring) - Questionable
S William Moore (Hamstring) - Questionable
