The Detroit Lions are down another defensive tackle, as Sammie Hill has been ruled out for Sunday's game.

The Detroit Lions' depth at defensive tackle has taken a big hit as of late. Nick Fairley and Corey Williams are both on injured reserve, and Sammie Hill has been ruled out for Sunday's game.
