Lions at Packers injury report: Gosder Cherilus misses practice

Joe Robbins

The Detroit Lions were without six players during practice on Wednesday.

Six players were sidelined from the Detroit Lions' practice on Wednesday because of injuries. The thing that jumped out to me was that starting right tackle Gosder Cherilus was unable to practice because he is dealing with sore knees (yes, that's plural). It remains to be seen if he will be able to return later in the week, but if he can't, Riley Reiff may get another chance to start, this time on the right side of the line.

Another notable injury is that defensive end Lawrence Jackson was out with a concussion. He suffered the concussion last Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts and will have to be cleared by doctors in order to return this week.

Here's a look at the Lions' full Wednesday injury report:

WR Kassim Osgood (Finger) - Fully practiced
