Hi everyone of PoD. My name is Andrew, I go by the name of Akr_Baby to the wonderful fans over at Arrowhead Pride. Today I have come to join the die hards of Pride of Detroit. Currently we are doing our annual 2 round mock draft, and the previous holder of your beloved team on our blog (upamtn) selected me to take his place this year.

Upamtn told me it would be worth my time to come over her and speak to the fans of PoD. With your help and the understanding that I am not allowed any trades. I would like the possibilty to pick your minds to see what players the FANS OF DETROIT feel would be in the best intrest of the Lions to draft at the 23rd, and 54th selections in this years draft. Who best fills a position of need, would best benifit the team, or just the Best Player Available at those slots. Whatever strategy you feel best works for you.....

I ask with your comments, you give me a better understanding of what player May make the biggest impact, who fills the teams needs or concerns, why you feel that player can be productive in your Offense or Defense, what positions have been taken care of so far in free agency, and maybe a player that has a lot of hype but you feel I should pass on if he is availiable at 23. For now I ask we just focus on the 1st pick #23 of the draft and if its ok, I would like to come back and talk Draft over the 2nd pick # 54 once I know what players have been taken in the 1st round.

I want to thank all of you Loyal Lions Fans in advanced for taking the time to help me in my draft. Also that I have a soft spot in my heart for your franchise being my Mother was raised in Detroit and Is also a huge Lion fan. I will never forget the days watching games with my father and tho Im a Die Hard Chiefs fan arguing with him that Marcus allen is no where near a more talented RB than Barry Sanders was. ahhh the good ol football of the 90s.
