So far, the Detroit Lions have had eight pre-draft visits that we know about, and several others likely have either taken place or have been planned for the next month. The only one we currently know about involves Boise State defensive end Tyrone Crawford, who is planning to come to town for a visit sometime in April. From Dave Birkett:
Boise State DE Tyrone Crawford will make a mid-April visit to the Lions. Also has one set up with Jacksonville

The only other defensive end the Lions have hosted so far, as far as we know, is TCU's Braylon Broughton. The rest of the players on the visit tracker are either offensive linemen, cornerbacks or, in one case, a running back.
You can check out the full 2012 NFL Draft visit tracker for the Lions right here.
UPDATE: It appears that Crawford is only going to work out for the Lions.
