Matthew Stafford, Stephen Tulloch React To Peyton Manning's Release

It's pretty amazing to see how much the focus of NFL coverage has shifted in the last 48 hours. At the start of the week, all anybody could talk about was the New Orleans Saints bounty program and the controversy surrounding it. Now, however, all eyes are on Peyton Manning. The Colts released him on Wednesday, ending his 14-year stay in Indianapolis.

Both Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford and Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch tweeted out their thoughts on Manning's release yesterday.

Now the big question is where Manning will land next. It will certainly be interesting to see, because if he can play like he did before his neck injury, whichever team lands him will instantly be in the Super Bowl conversation.
