Will a 4 hour online conduct class and $75 ($50 to the creator of the program, $25 to MADD) stop the excessive drinking? IMO - The conduct class should be during sunday games at the dmv, so the offender cannot watch their team play on that day. Also, the $50 to the creator of the program and $25 to MADD is BS. It should all go to charities for alcohol related issues. This guy is ripping off the system.
