I've said what I needed to say, and made my feelings and thoughts well known to all of you. With that, I am done commenting about this draft. I am content to wait and see what happens, and even though I HATE this draft for the most part, I am still a die hard Lion's fan in the end. Anyone who sat through 0-16 and is still here deserves a Medal of Honor anyway...lol. No, I am not going to deal with the headaches from stressing out over trying to sway anyone's opinion. I am not going to try to get anyone to understand and see my logic and point of view. I am over it, it is what it is, and I am done. I have nothing but hope for the guys that we drafted, and love and good wishes for the Lions and the city of Detroit, MI, but my opinion is what it is as well, and it's not going to change.
Don't get me wrong...I still respect Mayhew and our coaching staff for what they have done since 2008, and I will never forget how great the turnaround was. I do not contend to know more than they do, or believe that I could do a better job or anything ridiculous like that. That said, I am not of the mind to sit here and say "In Mayhew I trust" without question. That's just not how I roll, and I am not going to take abuse from those of you that would and will. Say what you will, do what you will, and I wish you the best of luck. I'll be around. I'm not leaving POD or forsaking the community. I'm just not going to engage in the futility that is engorged in the draft debate anymore. Enjoy it if you wish, but this is KDawg saying PEACE on the subject. God Bless the Lions. :o)
