I like Kipers second round pick for Lions!

Hows everyone doing? Well most of you know that I reside in Montana and just like last year for the draft I was going to bring up a Montana player that I would like the Lions to take a look at this year. Kiper is mocking that the lions draft the very guy i was going to bring up this year. Yes, Trumaine Johnson is that guy!

He is a little over 6'2'' 205lbs. not afraid of hitting. He's very raw at the CB position, he played QB in High School, was recruited as a WR and then switched to CB once he got to University of Montana. He has size and athletic ability that i believe we can work with. He looks more comfortable in zone but can turn and run. I just like the thought of him on our team with the likes of Gronkowski, Jimmy Graham, Vernon Davis, Brandon Marshall, Andre Johnson, and Larry Fitzgerald running around. The only problem with being in the Big Sky conference is he hasnt played against alot of elite competition like some of the other prospects this year. Just one of the reasons he might slip to us in the second but i definitely to not see him making it to us in the 3rd.Even if he doesnt pan out the way I hope, he could definitely push Spievay for that other Safety position.

******EDIT******

I would like to add after draft signing (montana kid of course) Will Andrews. He played NAIA at Havre Northern Lights, 6' 1/2'' 235Lbs. 4.56 40yd dash. He's undersized but he would tell you so was Zach Thomas. Just like to see him on our special teams running around
