Been a while...was busy working out a move close to home.

Anyhow..as we all know both Leshoure and Fairley were arrested twice. While Leshoure pleaded guilty for possession both times, Fairley has court dates set. With that Leshoure is sure to get the minimum suspension from the league. Fairley's case is a little different. The first arrest will end up as not guilty. His attorney says that Nick wasn't the one who smoked or possessed the weed as it was a passenger that did that. The passenger seem to have come forward as well. If this case is broken, it leaves with a DUI which will also break up as a hearsay as Nick didn't take a breath or blood test. There is a good possibility that he will end up getting a slap on the wrist from the court. With nothing huge to punish him, the commish will end up giving him a slap on the wrist as well.
