Why Detroit's preseason game is worth watching.

I know what you're thinking: "Relax kid it's just a preseason game," but tonight's game will be well worth watching. Even into the later quarters unlike most preseason games. The abundance of talent on our roster, primarily the offensive unit and the defensive line, will make tonight's game unrivaled by any of the other games. Things to watch, besides the obvious, which Sean already pointed out:

  • Shaun Hill is a starting quarterback for most other teams, and will showcase his strengths.
  • Patrick Edwards speed will be on display as he outruns the balls thrown by both Kellen Moore and R.J. Archer
  • Reiff will show promise on some plays by dishing out some pancakes, but will remind us he's a rookie while whiffing some blocks.
  • Kevin Smith will more than likely tweak a prior existing injury.
  • Someone will make Suh angry, he'll turn green, and in all likeliness decapitate whoever is closest.
  • Boldest prediction: First 3 plays are false starts and on the fourth play Stafford throws a 95 yard touchdown to none other than Calvin Johnson. 60 yards in the air.

Whats your boldest prediction for tonight's game?

    P.S. F*** Mark Sanchez.
