Eagles released Joselio Hanson today. Hanson is one of the best slot CBs in the league. Apparently, Brandon Boykin, Eagle's 4th round pick this year. While Hanson is not a top 3 slot CBs, he is certainly better than what we have here. He is a vested veteran at 31 has played the last 6 season for the Eagles as nickelback. He has 30 tackes and 4 passes deflected in 16 games last season. His salary is between 800-900K and is not a cap hit. Doesn't look like he will be signed back for any less by Eagles like last time. Does he look like a potential slot/nickel back for the Lions?
