I just wrote a long post about their chances, when my browser refreshed and trashed it all. MOTHER F'ER!!!!! It was like 800 words, so pissed...
I'll sum up.
The Bears are going to win the division at 11-5 because:
They get Green Bay in week 17, once they'll be out of the playoff race.
They have the Rams, Vikings, and Browns still on the schedule.
The Lions will miss the playoffs at 10-6 because:
The Packers may have Rodgers back for Thanksgiving.
The Giants have won 4 straight.
The Lions are 1-9 in Minnesota in the last decade.
The 49ers are going at least 11-5, and the Cardinals may make it to 10-6 because they're hard to beat at home and they get 10-1 Seattle in week 16 when they may decide to rest their starters for their postseason run. And if you didn't know, the Cardinals own the tiebreaker over the Lions as well. Carolina's a lock for the 5 seed, and may even compete for the division.
Root for the Rams, who play each of these 3 teams, starting this week against the Bears.
