Hi, I am fairly new to POD, however, I am a lifelong lions fan and pay close attention to all the transactions and history as I am sure all of you do as well. I have been hearing all of these reports and getting many messages on my phone about us trading for Blount. I know this is only speculation, but can anyone give me a reason that this makes sense. The team already has Bell and Leshoure who to me are the exact same back as Blount, so he would be a waste. We are in need for a speedy back. I know we have other needs, but looking at what the offense was with Best I think this speedy type back would help. Trading for Blount would really be the last straw for me and faith in this front office. It would be a complete waste of any pick we give up or any player in my eyes. What do all of you guys think? I this just a smoke screen to improve his value to try to get other teams to push for him?
