I was surprised that the Lions that we all think are good had a net positive value, and those that we rail against (hello, errr...goodbye Peterman) were consistently rated as underperforming their salary. Also, interestingly, the Lions seemed to make moves this off-season that address the worst under performers. I haven't read a lot about their methods of performance evaluation, but I know the site by name, and I believe it's well-respected.

I wonder if the Lions use this site when making personnel decisions?
