Oline versus Dline at the Senior Bowl

I've been digging around and trying to watch film of guys who haven't really gotten much hype, with the thought that maybe the Lions might be looking at them in the later rounds. I ran across this bit from the Senior Bowl practice which features Olineman taking on Dlineman. Most of the favorites that have been mentioned on this site, you get a chance to see up close and personal. Oline vs Dline

Some things to note. Ansah looks terrible. I can't believe this is the same guy who was the MVP. Okafor is a rough tough SOB. Datone Jones was way passed impressive and Fisher is almost textbook good.

The reason I found this was because I was looking at this center, called Brian Schwenke. He's projected to go in the late third or early fourth. I like this guy better than Fredericks and even Jones. He is both quick and fast and moves easily between center and guard.

He's a great zone blocker but I think, with a little time he'll be a decent to good drive blocker and would easily be an upgrade over Raiola when he hangs up his jersey. I would love to know what you folks think of him.

Another guy you'll see on the field is Terron Armstead. He played an entire season with a cracked collarbone. This injury may make him slide. He seems to have the physicality to play LT but would have to develop the skill set. I could see the Lions taking him late, fixing him up and plugging him in as a guard while training him up to back up the tackle position.

So check out the video and tell me what do you think.
