Every year I make a list of guessing the NFL top 100. And every year there is always many surprises...
Tulloch making this list is a huge freaking surprise.
Reasons why this is whacky..
#1 - He ranks higher than his QB Matthew Stafford. That just doesn't seem right in a QB driven league. Who are these players who are voting?
#2 - He ranks higher than Lance Briggs, London Fletcher, Chad Greenway, Luke Kuechly, and Daryl Washington. Those are just the traditional LBers that he ranked higher than him. Who are these players who are voting?
#3 - He ranked higher than these defensive playmakers... Robert Mathis, Mario Williams, Dashon Goldson, Earl Thomas, Daryl Washington, Luke Kuechly, Tim Jennings, Gerald McCoy, Cameron Wake, and Troy Polamalu. Huh really? Who are these players who are voting?
I love the Lions and love Stephen Tulloch! But this is nuts to see that the players voted for him more and higher than all the player mentioned above (and that isn't even talking about the offensive players he is ahead of)....
I will be happy to just get 60 right this year. So far I have missed about 15/16.
