It's never too early...

For a new 2014 Mock Draft

we had a fairly good draft this year with a B, B- grade from nearly every expert. (even Mel Kiper)

However we did not address some major, fundamental needs that will hamper us this year and into the post-season. I Predict that we'll be 18th in the draft.

Top 5 biggest needs going into the 2014 Draft

1. LT

2. C

3. WR

4. LB

5. DT

James Hurst - Considered the third best OT in the draft coming in at a whopping 6'6 and 310 pounds James Hurst is more than capable of protecting Stafford's blindside. He along with Johnathan Cooper played an integral role in the UNC Offense and combined formed a very potent Offensive Line. With James Hurst, we can move Reilly Reiff to Right Guard, Larry Warford to Left Guard and Jason Fox to Right Tackle.

Zac Kerin - A Gigantic center at 6'5, Zac Kerin while playing for a small school and weak division is a great football player. The polar opposite of Dominic Raiola, Kerin will be pushing back Defensive lines and opening up room for stafford and Co.

Trey Burton- A big target at 6'3, and great hands. Trey Burton is one of the bigger, and more skilled receivers to come out of Florida in recent years. Burton plays a plethora of positions RB, WR, QB etc. He's hugely athletic and has a lot of upside in our diverse offense, while being able to spread the field and add speed.

Caleb Lavey - After the WR position, we look now to adding depth and strengthening our run defense. Our Defensive Line has huge size with the addition of Ansah and Taylor, so now it's time to create size and strength up in the front 7.

Isame Faciane - Now we’re focused on building more depth at DT to back up Suh and Fairley. Good height, but can add some more weight and muscle. He’s more of a developmental player.

JaQuez Jenkins- Great height, and decent athleticism for a safety. Hopefully he'll still be around and could be a steal in the 6th.

Jarek Lancaster- Why not? at this point were just shooting for available talent.
