Lions at Cardinals injury report: Nick Fairley questionable for Sunday

Nick Fairley is listed as questionable on the Detroit Lions' final injury report of the week.

The Detroit Lions got some encouraging news on Friday with defensive tackle Nick Fairley returning to practice. He was out on Wednesday and Thursday because of a shoulder injury, but he returned on Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals. Linebacker Ashlee Palmer also returned, and he is listed as probable.
