Pride of Detroit Player of the Year Week Three

A big road victory today against the Redskins, breaking a bad losing streak in the process. So you know the drill, you give out three points, 2 points and 1 point to whoever you think played the best today. I find this week pretty hard to vote on since no one really stood out but many played quite well.

3 points - Calvin Johnson. It was so hard to decide on who was to get three as there were quite a few players in the mix. I decided on Johnson because I think he made the difference in the end. Put up numbers and scored the TD which was the difference in the end. I'd like to give a shout out to Burleson though since he played quite well.

2 points - Joique Bell. He did a good job filling in the Reggie and was a real load to take down. Handy in the pass game to.

1 point - Ziggy Ansah. 2 sacks and a FF, not bad from the rook. Looked good against the run as well.

Current leaderboard after two weeks:

1 - Bush (107)
2 - Stafford (67)
3 - Johnson (51)
4 - Levy (36)
5 - Suh (25)
6 - Bell (25)
7 - Reiff (16)
8 - Fairley (14)
9 - Houston (11)
10 - Quin (10)
