Which change to the WR depth chart from the draft would be more beneficial?

Many people, like me, believe that the first round pick of the draft should be used on a wide receiver. Obviously, most of the debate so far has been between Sammy Watkins and Mike Evans. I fully believe the pick should be Watkins, but I would like the community to weigh in on a few of the following questions to decide whether one is more suited for the advancement of this offense.

What are the abilities of the receivers on the current roster?

The WR pick between the two should be able to bring a different element to the team than what the current roster has. IMO, Watkins fits that description, while it can be argued that Evans would just be a simple upgrade over players with similar body types (Kris Durham).

Other than Megatron, who else on the team do you think has the SPEED to beat defenders downfield?

Arguably, no one else on this roster can really be called a speedy deep threat. If i'm mistaken, please let me know. Evans does not have the pure speed of a deep threat, and I am concerned that he won't be able to create enough separation from defenders. I might be wrong, and he could have the same success Alshon Jeffrey is having, but it is a legitimate concern.

Blocking Ability?

Evan should have the edge here, but we have big bodied receivers already that could be taught how to block better.

Versatility?

Watkins has this in spades. He seems to be the closest comparison to Percy Harvin that I've seen in a while. A do it all receiver that can even line up in the backfield.
