I saw another article about a new back-up in Detroit. This one suggested that the Lions acquire Josh Freeman. So, my questions are the same. Do they save money by signing him? Is he a viable candidate? What's the turn around for signing and trading the guy.
Unlike Tebow, Freeman has an arm and could fit in a passing offense. Unlike Tebow, he doesn't seem to have much of a work ethic. Lombardi and Cooter could really work with him and continue to develop his skill set.
What do you think?
