It's so easy to say, I want to move up and do this or move down and get more picks. I prefer the later option as a move up will cost a ton in a draft year they say is one of the deepest ever. I look at 3 different players available in this year's draft that I see as the most important to the Lions draft.
1. Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
2. Aaron Donald, DT, Pittsburgh
3. Eric Ebron, TE, UNC
I see all three of these players as a possible option at #10 to the Lions. Not that I am jumping at any of them, but its a possibility. Lewan played at Michigan and would only improve our OLine for years to come. Donald had better numbers this past season then Suh did his last season at Nebraska and Ebron is the future of TEs, like Graham and Gronk, or so they say.
Now the reason I feel they are so important are that these 3 players will be targeted by many teams in this range for a possible trade back.
I see these 3 players as our best options for a trade down so we can add more talent this year.
