Hello Lions fans, we're now heading into the meat of the offseason and we need frivolous things to fill our time until kickoff.
I wanted to pose a question: Do any of you consider some teams to be rivals of the Lions? I do, for various reasons. Take a look...
The Browns: I love the Browns, mostly because they seem to be in the same (perhaps worse) boat as us. Perennial losers. I know it sucks to say, but it's true. I have them on here because of their proximity to Detroit and that we play them every year in the preseason.
The Cardinals: Again, we face them in the regular season. Again, on the road. We should have gotten Pat P, not them. I'm sick of losing to them.
The Cowboys: They're the Cowboys.
The Bills?: This is new, especially for this season, but it seems undeniable. They picked up Jim Shwartz, and also our former QB coach, and they have probably the other 'best' DT tandem in the league... Seems natural to me.
Who do you consider a rival to the Lions? Is it San Fran, after the whole handshake debacle? Or perhaps New Orleans, with us losing to them in the playoffs not so long ago and now taking some of their coaching staff and players?
