Something Nice to Say - Memory Book

These cut down times are rough. Young men publicly let go from their job, even as we celebrate the final roster coming together.. In most cases people losing their jobs, their way to support their families is met with sympathy but not so much for professional athletes.

As we say goodbye to these players, I just wanted to have a spot where we could keep it positive and thank these players for their time with the organization, trying to make the squad, for a team that holds a special place in our hearts. If the Lions are going to be good, these players are part of the "tool" that sharpened the "steel" making the Lions a lethal "sword" ( i was watching conan)

I don't have the time right now to start it off, but feel free to contribute in the post below. While we are often most critical of these players because it's the team we love, these are also real people who likely are going through some disappointment. maybe we can show the class that is POD, and leave them with a note to look back on that shows how they touched fans' lives and inspired others chasing their dreams.

Go Lions
