Green Bay up 7-0
Carolina doesn't look like they will be helping Detroit out in the standings today.
Giants short on 3rd down
Flag on the play is illegal formation. Detroit accepts to move NY back again.
Giants pick up a first down on third down
But Moss fumbles and the Lions recover!
Ball just came out of his hands and the Lions were there to recover.

Detroit starts from the 20, have to get something going on offense for a change.

McDonald rolled over the defener as he was being tackled and his knee may have never touched. Doesn't look like his knee never touched the ground, so the play should stand from the challenge.

Officials strike again as the call is reversed. I don't understand how there was enough evidence. Now 4th and 2.
Roy looks like he hurt his finger

the on-line updates that I'm 'watching' the game on, they make it feel quite like the Michigan game yesterday....
Giants doing just enough, a la the buckeyes, Lions doing nothing whatsoever, the way Michigan never got anything going

Is this Kitna circa 2006, or 2007? Kitna 2006 gets us down to the 25-30 yard line and fumbles. If this is truly a new Lions era, we're winning this game.
Kitna is picked off
He just threw it up for grabs and McDonald was the receiver. Dumb, dumb, dumb. 2-minute warning.
No way McDonald was going to catch a jump ball like that.
No flag on the play
Eli throws an incomplete pass. Clock stops by itself now and Giants have to punt. Thank God the refs picked up that flag.
Lions will have to go 70 or so yards.
Detroit does have 1 timeout left. I thought they used 1 earlier in the half, guess not.

Well, at least you make it sound like it wasn't Kitna's fault, exactly....instead it's back to finding creative new ways to lose each week...
