Game #4 - Detroit Lions (0-3-0) at St. Louis Rams (2-1-0) - Open Thread

The 2006 NFL season is already in its 4th week and in the month of October. Can you believe how fast it's going? Throughout the games that have been played, the Lions still don't have a win, and they take that 0-3 record into St. Louis today.

Offensive coordinator Mike Martz makes his return to St. Louis for the first time since being on another team's coaching staff, and that will surely be an interesting storyline to follow today. His playcalling will be a big factor in this game if Detroit were to come out on top. The offense finally showed some promise last week, and will have to come out again with that firepower.

This game won't be an easy one. I'll say it, I'm not too confident at all. The chances of Detroit winning aren't that great, and an upset would be hard to come by. But, if the Lions could somehow get the win, then maybe this season won't be a complete wash.
