Game #6 - Detroit Lions (0-5-0) vs Buffalo Bills (2-3-0) - Open Thread

Week 6 is here already, and it's now or never for the Lions to get their first win of the season. Every week is seems like I'm saying the same thing, but really, Detroit's opponent isn't one of the better teams in the NFL. The Bills are 2-3-0, and are quickly fading away from the Patriots in hopes of winning their division. So, Buffalo will be hungry for a win as well.

Looking down the schedule into the future, you definitely notice that things aren't going to get any easier for the Lions. Many tough teams come to Ford Field, and then Detroit has to travel to play some of the better ones as well.

After today's and next week's game, the Lions have a bye. It'll be nice to get a break from everything. Not only do the players need a break because of all the injuries, but I think the coaches will also simply because of how hard this season has been so far.
